If you are needing to confirm if items can be returned, please contact our office and let us know the PO# and details. Each order is a case-by-case basis due to potential customization/modification to components at order or post order. Once approved for the order return, a set of return instructions will follow.
To set up a return request, please contact our office:
- Do the products I ordered come with a warranty?

Custom machining services are available including: dowel holes, rail joints, preload changes, custom lube ports, end machining, keyways, specialty coatings, and more.
Please provide our sales team with a print/drawing and full descriptions for any custom quotes/orders.
